Questions we get asked
Is it really solid wood?
Yes. The walnut is solid American black walnut all the way through. No veneer, no particle board, no MDF.
Will it fit my desk frame?
It mounts to most electric sit-stand frames. Check that your frame supports the size you choose, or email us your frame model and we'll confirm.
How long until it arrives?
We build each piece by hand after you order, and it arrives in about 2–3 weeks, including transit. Shipping is free to the lower 48.
Will mine look exactly like the photos?
Close, but not identical. Every board of walnut has its own grain and color, so your piece will be one of a kind.
How do I care for it?
Wipe it with a soft, damp cloth and dry it. Skip harsh cleaners, and use coasters and trivets for hot or wet items. The hardwax oil finish is tough and made for daily use. And because the top is solid walnut all the way through, not a thin veneer, it can be refinished if it ever needs it.
What if something goes wrong?
You're covered by our warranty: 5 years against structural defects in a home (3 years in commercial or restaurant use) and 1 year on the finish. If something fails, we repair or replace it.
What if I change my mind?
Cancel within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund, no questions asked. Once it's delivered, you have 30 days to return it. Email help@knotjusttables.com or call (319) 536-7592 to start a return.

Made by our family, from our own walnut
Our walnut comes from our family's sawmill in southeast Iowa. We kiln-dry every board ourselves to 7–10% moisture so it stays flat and true in your home, then build each piece by hand in our shop in Hiawatha, Iowa.
