5-Year Structural Warranty (residential use)

We'll repair or replace your piece, at our discretion, if it fails structurally due to a defect in materials or workmanship within 5 years of delivery.

3-Year Structural Warranty (commercial/restaurant use)

Pieces used in a commercial or food-service setting are built for daily heavy use, and are covered for 3 years against structural defects in materials or workmanship.

1-Year Finish Warranty

Our hardwax oil finish is covered against defects for 1 year from delivery.

What's not covered

• Natural movement of solid wood — minor cracking, checking, or seasonal expansion/contraction is a normal characteristic of solid wood, not a defect
• Fading or color change from direct sunlight
• Damage from improper cleaning products, excessive moisture, or misuse
• Normal wear and tear

Care tips

A little maintenance goes a long way: keep your table out of direct, prolonged sunlight, wipe up spills promptly, and avoid harsh chemical cleaners — a soft cloth and mild soap is all a hardwax oil finish needs.
