How ordering works.
Every piece is built to order — here's what to expect from the time you place your order to the day it arrives.
Lead Time
Every piece is built to order in the size, top style, and leg option you choose — nothing sits pre-made in a warehouse. Most pieces arrive in about 2–3 weeks, including transit. Ready-to-ship One of a Kind pieces ship within 2 business days.
Shipping
Every order includes free shipping to the lower 48 states — it's already built into the price you see, with no surprises at checkout. Larger pieces (dining tables, conference tables) ship via freight carrier; smaller pieces (accent tables, benches) ship via standard parcel carrier.
Standard delivery brings your piece to your door or the nearest accessible entry point. From there, unpacking, placement, and any leg assembly is on you — or upgrade to White Glove Delivery below and we'll handle it all.
Freight Delivery — What to Expect
For freight shipments, the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window (typically a 4-hour window on a weekday). Please make sure someone is available to receive and inspect the piece at delivery.
Important: Please inspect your piece carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or the piece itself, note it on the delivery receipt before the carrier leaves. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of any damage and we'll make it right.
White Glove Delivery (optional upgrade)
Want your table to arrive fully set up, not just dropped at the curb? White Glove Delivery includes:
- Delivery into the room of your choice
- Unpacking and removal of all packaging
- Assembly of legs/base, if applicable
- A final walkthrough so you're happy before we leave
White Glove Delivery is available at checkout for a flat $250.
Payment & Ordering
We accept all major credit cards. Because every piece is custom-built to your order, full payment is collected at the time of order to begin production.
