How ordering works.
Lead Time
Every piece is built to order in the size, top style, and leg option you choose — nothing sits pre-made in a warehouse. Because of that, please allow 4–6 weeks for your order to be built before it ships.
Shipping
Every order includes free shipping to the lower 48 states — it's already built into the price you see, with no surprises at checkout. Larger pieces (dining tables, conference tables) ship via freight carrier; smaller pieces (accent tables, benches) ship via standard parcel carrier.
Standard delivery brings your piece to your door or the nearest accessible entry point. From there, unpacking, placement, and any leg assembly is on you — or upgrade to White Glove Delivery below and we'll handle it all.
White Glove Delivery (optional upgrade)
Want your table to arrive fully set up, not just dropped at the curb? White Glove Delivery includes:
- Delivery into the room of your choice
- Unpacking and removal of all packaging
- Assembly of legs/base, if applicable
- A final walkthrough so you're happy before we leave
White Glove Delivery is available at checkout for a flat $250.
Payment & Ordering
We accept all major credit cards. Because every piece is custom-built to your order, full payment is collected at the time of order to begin production.
